Today at The Sidewalk School for Children Asylum Seekers We went from tent to tent explaining to the Asylum Seekers why they need to Evacuate the Encampment. It is about to flood inside of the Encampment because of Hurricane Hanna. Most Asylum Seekers do not want to leave the Encampment because they fear they will NOT be let back in. We were successful in getting some families out and we are currently putting them up in apartments.
